I am an engineer (public health background), health researcher and author. I am the author of the Book, The Amazing Heart -- A Revolutionary View that could SAVE and LENGTHEN Your Life! I have deep concerns for the lives of individuals and families who may not be in good health, or may be suffering from chronic ills or pains or discomfort, or are even dying a slow death or about to die. They want to get well and be normal again, but don't know how. While no one can guarantee good health for any individual who is in need of it, I believe with all my heart that it's mostly up to the individual. The sad thing is that most people don't know how, and many don't want to even though they may be aware of the need. My interest and research in health have taken me to new levels of understanding of and appreciation for my heart in particular, and my body in general. Good health must not be taken for granted. I would love to share the joys and recipe of tip-top health with anyone who wants to learn. Just ask me.
